September’s air is a gentle nudge to refresh your mind, body and spirit. Fall’s entry is guiding us in with our hopes and dreams waiting to be fulfilled. Inviting us to explore the things that bring us joy and connection.

Why wait until January to make new health goals. September is the perfect month to start creating new habits to uplevel your wellness routine.

Pilates is a mind-body practice engaging you both mentally and physically. Taking that mindset into consideration, we created a simple yet powerful way to help you let go of the things that are no longer serving you and invite in things that make you feel good. You can pick up a copy at the studio or print it out at home.
