  • please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins

  • check in with the front desk upon arrival

  • silence your phone + watches

  • we kindly ask you not to record video in your session

  • let the instructor know of any injuries you may have

  • stay until the end of your session for the full mind-body experience

  • feel free to linger on our grounds; enjoy the patio + garden

Policies

  • cancel your session within 12 hours or you forfeit the session

  • memberships are a 6-month commitment and continue thereafter until you give a 30-day notice

  • If you go over the sessions allowed for your membership, you will be charged a discounted rate per overage

  • all sales are final

  • all shoppe sales are final with a 14 day exchange policy
